Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.
Characteristics:
- contract validity – 5 years;
- duration until product return - 3 working days*;
- technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during working hours;
- operating system version updates;
- security updates via LifeGuard Android;
- access to the online portal for RMAs;
- VisibilityIQ OneCare control panel – provides a cloud overview of repairs, technical support, contracts, LifeGuard reports and more.
The Onecare Essential Z1AE-ET8XXX-5C00 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. Contract Z1AE-ET8XXX-5C00 applies to ET80 and ET85 terminals. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
