Payment of the order with the card can be done as follows: online when placing the order.
Online payment with the card is made when the order is placed on the website - the ITGStore.eu. Payment of the order can be made either with the company card or with the personal card. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA and MASTERCARD logos. No additional commission is charged for transactions.

To ensure the security of transactions, ITGStore.eu uses the Netopia mobilPay platform. For the correct completion of the transaction, the data necessary to authorize the transaction must be entered in the Netopia mobilPay payment platform. If the card is associated with an account in another currency than RON, transactions are carried out in lei, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card.

Processing of card data is done exclusively through the Netopia mobilPay payment platform. IT Genetics does not request and does not does not store any details related to the cards.
Payment by card when picking up the products from our headquarters is carried out in complete safety, through the existing POS terminals. For this operation, cards issued under the VISA and MASTERCARD logos are accepted.
For individuals, if the card does not have the option to enter the PIN code at the time of payment, it is necessary for the person making the payment to be the owner of the card and to identify himself with the identity document.

Payment by bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer is made on the basis of a proforma invoice issued by IT Genetics for the order placed on the website ITGStore.eu.
