Zebra OneCare Select Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The warranty covers manufacturing defects of the equipment, repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and repair or replacement of worn components following normal use of the equipment over time.
Characteristics:
- contract validity – 3 years;
- delivery on the same day (working day, from the manufacturer) of a new equipment at the time of receipt of the old equipment*;
- technical support available – 24/7;
- operating system version updates;
- security updates via LifeGuard Android;
- access to the online portal for RMAs;
- VisibilityIQ OneCare control panel – provides an overview in the cloud of repairs, technical support, contracts, some LifeGuard reports and others;
- Device commissioning – returning the product with the settings initially made by the user**
The Onecare Select Z1AS-MC93XX-3C03 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. Contract Z1AS-MC93XX-3C03 applies to MC9300 mobile terminals. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
Explanatory notes:
