Zebra OneCare On-Site Essential is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance services and technical support directly at the headquarters.
Characteristics:
- contract validity – 3 years;
- the movement of a technician is made to the client's premises within a maximum of 2 working days from the request (the request must be made before 16:30 EST);
- technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during working hours.
The Onecare Essential Z1A1-ZT2X-3C0 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. The Z1A1-ZT2X-3C0 contract applies to the ZT220 and ZT230 printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
