ITG Barcode Label Designer

ITG Barcode Label Designer is an easy-to-use, WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) label design and printing software. It helps you to create labels with texts, barcodes, images and to print them on any type of thermal printers or documents. The information is imported directly from Microsoft Excel databases.

In designer mode, you determine what information will be printed and how to display it on the label. When you switch to the preview mode , you see the labels as they will be printed, because ITG Barcode Label Designer takes the information from the database and generates images according to the records.

The toolbar provides quick access to a variety of barcodes, texts, images, shapes and predefined objects, such as displaying the time and number of the label. With Rich Text, texts can be customized with different fonts and styles (bold, italic, underline). ITG Barcode Label Designer supports most image formats, so you will be able to add on the labels: the company logo, representative photos of the product, other information or alert symbols.

In addition to printing, the application facilitates the export of the label in most graphic formats, and you will be able to obtain HTML or PDF documents for various presentations.

Barcode Label Designer allows multiple generation , from numerical serializations to complex label formats. Increment/decrement options and display formats for dates, numbers, sums and texts are available. You can combine various fields or use only part of a field from the data set. Another useful tool is the Use Quantity Column : it allows you to set the number of labels to be printed for each record in the database.

The main benefits of using the ITG Barcode Label Designer application are:

• support for the most used linear, postal and 2D barcodes, such as: Code 128, EAN, UPC, ISBN, GS1 DataBar, QR, Aztec, Data Matrix, PDF417, etc.;
• native database support: MS Excel, MS Access, SQLite, CSV/text files;
• other databases can be used by selecting the OLEDB or ODBC options;
• export labels in various formats;
• integrated assistant for label generation;
• rotate, send back, bring forward the objects on the label;
• the possibility of stamping the labels by applying a watermark;
• setting the print characteristics for each supported symbology.

The application works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP . Other technical requirements are: the Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 application and the label or document printer.
