The Datalogic PowerScan 9500-RT readers are the first that can scan the new types of codes integrated in the product packaging - digital watermarks . These types of codes contain all the necessary information that is also in regular barcodes, but they are part of the product's normal packaging and are not visible to the naked eye. The advantage of these codes is that you will no longer have to look for the barcode to scan a product, the product code will be seen by the reader anywhere on the surface of the packaging , thus reducing the scanning time. The queues at the checkouts will move much faster, especially when voluminous products need to be scanned, thus substantially increasing your profit.
PowerScan PD9531-RT is made to last, built after the model of industrial readers, it withstands at least 50 drops on concrete from 2 meters. The IP65 protection factor means that the reader is completely protected from dust and will not be affected by low-pressure water jets from any direction.

Datalogic PowerScan ensures an intuitive and fast scanning, in order to make the work done by users more efficient and easier. The imager combines omnidirectional reading capabilities with outstanding optical characteristics. Thus, it can capture any type of barcode, regardless of positioning. The minimum scanning distance is 2cm and the maximum 85cm, depending on the type of barcode. Datalogic's Motionix technology allows the reader to sense the user's movements to automatically change the scanning mode, so you'll get the results you want every time.
The PD9530-RT reader is well balanced and easy to use, with an intuitive aiming system, and for users this means comfort and scanning of barcodes from the first, without unnecessary requests. Optionally, you can use a stand for reading barcodes in hands-free mode, and for manual scanning, the reader has an ergonomic shape, so workers will not get tired after several hours of work. The work speed is improved thanks to the 3GL system, this system consists in the projection of a green dot on the barcode, the lighting of the two green LEDs (one on the upper part of the reader and the other on the handle) and the emission of a sound signal, they will always assure you of successfully performing the reading.
